FUNdraising Program

Let us take the hard work out of fundraising so that your group can sell the highest quality coffee while achieving the highest profit goals! With our simple program, your group can meet your goals in no time at all!

  • CONTACT US | BOOKING

    Contact our fundraiser coordinator to discuss a timetable of events for your fundraiser. Once a date and times are confirmed for delivery, your group will receive a PDF packet of all your necessary forms to begin your sale! Each bag of coffee sells for $20.

  • SALES | SUBMISSION FORMS

    When your sale is complete, your group will submit each individual order form via email 2 weeks prior to the delivery date.

    Most sales last between 2-3 weeks, and coffee is generally delivered with in the same.

    Our coffee is roasted according to order. This ensures the highest, freshest quality of the product.

  • DELIVERY

    The Pour Farmer team will personally deliver your coffee at the specified time and date. Our team will unload and set up bags in an organized manner and will be on their way. There is not an allotted time period for you.

    Our team will individually separate each order, for each participant, in your group.

  • PAYMENT

    Before our team member leaves, we will accept 1 check, or cash payment, for your sale. Our fundraiser coordinator will send you an invoice before your delivery date to ensure that our number matches yours!

  • GROUP | INDIVIDUAL

    The Pour Farmer has worked with several different organizations and groups for fundraising. Please do hesitate to reach out to us if you have any questions on whether or not you would be a good candidate for our program. We appreciate that not everyone is involved in a school or group activity, with that being said, if you are an INDIVIDUAL, needing to raise money for a special “something” we are open to conversations!
